Swan -Taupe / Tan

The shoes looked like they would be very comfortable and easy to wear. Unfortunately I can’t wear my orthotics with them because their sizing is different to the other shoes (Ziera) that I have purchased through you a couple of years ago. The right foot is fine but left foot is slightly pronated. I find the leather band around the side of the shoe is very hard and the seam just below the ankle rubs. I will persevere with socks on and hope that it softens.
I was pleased with efficiency of Zagarra in getting the shoes to me. In future I’ll probably stick to Ziera shoes that I know are soft and will take my orthotics and be comfortable to wear.
