Returns can be made by emailing at email@example.com providing your name, customer number and reason for return (must be done in accordance with our returns policy listed below).

Please complete the RETURN FORM and send it along with the shoes so that the refund can be processed. (subject to policy listed below).
At Zagarra we want you to be completely happy with your purchase although we understand that occasionally you will place an order for something that does not fit or suit. We offer refunds and full credit exchanges in line with the policies below. When you receive your new Zagarra shoes we recommend you to try them on somewhere where they won't get damaged in any way like Carpet surface. If they do show signs of wear or damage we may decline your refund. In this unlikely event, we will let you know via email and return your shoes to you.
Return & Exchange Period
Zagarra's customer service team must be notified within 14 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return or exchange any of your items.
Full Price Items
If the size is wrong we are happy to exchange the product for a different size at no cost to you. If you have changed your mind and are requesting a refund, Zagarra is happy to offer you a refund on your purchase.
On the rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, Zagarra will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods.
