Purchasing Information

These terms and conditions apply to the online purchase of all products from our website. Prices on our website are as listed and may differ to the prices in our retail stores. Sale prices in our retail stores will only be available in those stores and cannot be price matched on our website. Online purchases cannot be returned to our retail stores.

 

Please note: Shipping costs of already dispatched orders are non-refundable. 


Returns can be made by emailing at zagarraonline@gmail.com providing your name, customer number and reason for return (must be done in accordance with our returns policy listed below).

Please complete the RETURN FORM and send it along with the shoes so that the refund can be processed. (subject to policy listed below). 

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

 

At Zagarra we want you to be completely happy with your purchase although we understand that occasionally you will place an order for something that does not fit or suit. We offer refunds and full credit exchanges in line with the policies below. When you receive your new Zagarra shoes we recommend you to try them on somewhere where they won't get damaged in any way like Carpet surface. If they do show signs of wear or damage we may decline your refund. In this unlikely event, we will let you know via email and return your shoes to you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Return & Exchange Period

Please return the item within 14 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return or exchange any of your items.  All Original packaging needs to remain intact.  

Sale items

10-20% off sale items are eligible for returns and will be issued a refund or store credit.

No refunds, exchanges or credit available on change of mind for products with discounts  greater than 20% off.

Full Price Items

If the size is wrong we are happy to offer an exchange.

If you have changed your mind and are requesting a refund, Zagarra is happy to offer you a refund on your purchase.

  • Please note, All postage expenses for change of mind/Exchange returns will be at customer expense.

  

Faulty Goods

On the rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, Zagarra will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods. 

 

*Please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to process and appear on your credit card statement, some banks and credit unions take additional days to process the transaction once we have sent the advice to you.
