These terms and conditions apply to all online purchases made through our website. Prices listed online may differ from those in our retail stores. Sale prices offered in-store are exclusive to those locations and cannot be price-matched online.
Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned to our retail stores.
Shipping costs for dispatched orders are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return
We offer two easy ways to return your order:
Option 1: Online Returns Portal (Recommended)
Use our convenient online returns portal to lodge your return request.
When using the portal:

💳 Refunds will incur a $12.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund
The portal will guide you through each step and provide a pre-paid return label.
You have 30 days from the fulfillment date of your order to request a return.
Option 2: Manual Return Form
You can also return your item using our RETURN FORM

Please ensure the form is included inside your parcel to help us process your return efficiently.

Return Instructions
To ensure a smooth and efficient return process:

Return shoes in their original packaging placed inside a parcel bag

Do not affix the return label directly to the shoe box

If a label is attached to the shoe box, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your return

Returns Policy
Return & Exchange Period
Items must be returned within 30 days from the fulfillment date of your order.
All original packaging must remain intact.
All postage expenses for manual returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Free returns are available when applying for store credit or an exchange through our online returns portal.

10–20% off: Eligible for refund, exchange or store credit

Faulty Goods
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us before returning.
We may ask you to send the product back for assessment.
If confirmed faulty, Zagarra will cover all return postage costs.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days once approved.
(Some banks may take additional days to complete the transaction.)
