Very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately I ordered too big a size so will be returning for an exchange.
I think too that I will change the colour and get the dark blue.

I bought a pair of Birkenstocks online & found them to be slightly too small. They didn't seem to have my size via the website so I called to organise a refund. & spoke to Marie who was lovely. Marie actually found my size but I decided I didn't like the style after all.

Marie was more than happy to organise the refund anyway.

I bought a pair of pewter coloured EVA Gizeh in the US 4 years ago and I love them. I was excited to see more colours available on the Zagarra website. The shoes are dinky di Birkenstocks, they arrived promptly and I’ve already christened both new pairs. Having all terrain and all weather Birkenstocks is fantastic. Thank you Zagarra.
